Fairfield Police Throw Fundraiser For K9 Unit FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The Fairfield Police Department will hold its K9 Unit Fundraiser at Country Cow Deli on Saturday, May 21. Active K9 officers Maverick and Jagger and retired K9 Ruger will attend. The K9 Unit's funding comes entirely from private and corporate donations.
