Hartford Man Charged In Fight With Bethel Family Member BETHEL, Conn. -- A man from Hartford was charged with fighting with a family member early Monday morning, according to WLAD Newsroom.  Bruno Bastos, 27 was arrested after police responded to several 911 calls about a fight in progress on Milwaukee Avenue, WLAD Newsroom said.
