A 29-year-old Jersey City man was arrested and charged after he was found to be in possession of multiple controlled substances while riding a scooter on Tuesday, Oct. 28, authorities said.
At 4:33 p.m., officers tried to stop Felix Astacio-Leon as he was riding his scooter, committing multiple infractions, Guttenberg police said. Astacio-Leon refused to stop, fleeing into North Bergen, police said.

In August, Hamilton Township police reported that Matthew Robison may have spent money from the organization's bank accounts for personal use from January 2024 through beginning of 2025, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.

Lisa Guzman, 44, of Easton, was taken into custody on Thursday, Sept. 26, 2025, by the Fountain Hill Police Department, according to Forks Township police.
