ShakesBeer Garden And Games Planned For Fairfield's Pequot Library
FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Pequot Library’s "Uncovering Shakespeare" exhibit kicks off on Thursday, Feb. 18, with its 2016 ShakesBEER Garden and Games event.
Beer lovers will be able to enjoy local ales, savory appetizers and Shakespeare-inspired games, including darts, ping pong, Shakespeare trivia and more.
Admission is $30 in advance, by clicking here, or $35 at the door. Admission includes beer, food and games. You must be 21 years of age or older -- and drink responsibly.

Rose P. Geronimo, 88, Dumont Resident
DUMONT, N.J. -- Rose P. (Pitch) Geronimo, a Dumont resident and formerly of Emerson, died Tuesday, Feb. 9. She was 88.
Geronimo worked for many years as a purchasing assistant at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and was a member of the Dumont and New Milford Seniors Club.

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Margaret Mary Catherine Amoroso Whalen died on Sunday, Feb. 7. She was 92. She was born on Staten Island, N.Y. on Oct. 18, 1923, to Margaret Earley and Nicholas Amoroso.
Whalen graduated from St. Peter's High School on Staten Island and attended Hunter College in New York City. She was a financial accountant for several local businesses throughout the years, including the Children's Home of Poughkeepsie.

Roy D. Finn, 57, Longtime Glen Rock Resident
GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- Longtime Glen Rock resident Roy D. Finn died Sunday, Feb. 7. He was 57.
Born in Ridgewood, Finn earned an associate's degree in criminal justice from Bergen Community College in Paramus. Prior to retiring, he served 18 years with the Borough of Glen Rock Police Department, where he attained the rank of sergeant.
An outdoorsman, Finn enjoyed fishing but especially time spent with his daughters.
