Actor Dylan Walsh, best known for his role in "Nip/Tuck," is facing multiple motor vehicle charges in connection with a Rumson crash earlier this month, court records show.
Walsh, whose legal name is Charles Walsh, is charged with reckless driving, open container of alcohol or unsealed cannabis in a motor vehicle, improper passing, driving or parking an unregistered motor vehicle, traffic on marked lanes, and improper driving on a sidewalk.

Brandon Earnest Hooper, 26, of the 300 block of Long Lane in Elizabeth Township, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Joseph Stauffer on Thursday, Aug. 8, according to a release from the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

A traffic stop on the Capital Beltway nearly turned deadly when a Maryland State Trooper was struck by a suspected drunk driver, authorities said.
The incident happened shortly after 12:45 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 21, on the inner loop of I-495 near Route 1 in College Park, according to Maryland State Police.

Following Car Too Closely Gets Man Popped For DUI: Denville PD
A 21-year-old Morris Plains resident was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Denville, authorities recently announced.
At 1:03 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 7, officers pulled over a vehicle on Route 53 for following a vehicle too closely, Denville Police said.
The driver of the vehicle, Fabian Carvajal Patino, was determined to be driving while intoxicated, police said.
Patino was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence, following too closely, reckless driving and careless driving, police said.
DUI Driver Crashed Into Woods: Denville PD
A 60-year-old Morris Plains resident was arrested for driving under the influence following a crash in Denville on Friday, Aug. 8, authorities said.
At 10:52 p.m., officers responded to a report of a black sedan that had crashed into the woods off Franklin Road, near the train overpass, Denville police said.
Officers determined the driver, Marcie Levison, was impaired due to alcohol and/or drugs, police said
Levison was arrested and transported to police headquarters.
She was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and careless driving, police said.
