A 39-year-old Gloucester City man was arrested and charged after he poured lighter fluid all over a house and two people on Thursday, Sept. 3, authorities said.
At 1 a.m., officers responded to the residence, removed the victims secured a perimeter, evacuated the residents of the neighborhood, and requested the Camden County Sheriff’s Emergency Response Team (S.E.R.T.) to respond, Gloucester City police said.

Driver Pulled From Wreckage After Truck, Minivan Collide Head-On On Route 52 In Lake Carmel
A driver was freed from a mangled vehicle after a head-on crash involving a pickup truck and minivan on a busy Putnam County road.
The two-vehicle crash happened on Route 52 in the Lake Carmel area on Saturday, Aug. 8, at around 10:25 p.m., according to the Lake Carmel Fire Department.
Firefighters arrived within minutes and found the pickup truck and minivan with heavy damage, with one person trapped inside a vehicle, the department said.

An 89-year-old Pennsylvania woman has died after a vehicle left the roadway and became submerged in water at a Poconos casino resort, authorities announced on Saturday, Aug. 8.
Jeanette Radzikowski, 89, of Dickson City, was a passenger in the vehicle when it went off the road at 312 Woodland Road in Paradise Township, the location of Mount Airy Casino Resort, at approximately 3:47 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.
