Man Robbed Toms River Smoke Shop, Tried To Restrain Employee: Police
A man is at large after robbing a smoke shop in Toms River on Monday, Jan. 19, authorities said.
At 6:03 a.m., officers responded to Noble Smoke Shop on Route 37 East, Toms River police said. During the robbery, the suspect tried to restrain an employee using public zip ties, police said. But she escaped unharmed and called 911, police said.
