One resident who was missing from an assisted living facility in Rockland County that was destroyed by a massive, deadly fire has been located.
The resident, who was feared to be with a missing Spring Valley volunteer firefighter, was located and is unharmed, said John Lyon, spokesman for Rockland County Government.

Garage Collapse (Photos): Two Injured, One Seriously In Elmwood Park
Two workers were injured, one seriously, when the roof of five connected garages under construction at an Elmwood Park housing complex collapsed Saturday, authorities said.
Elkin Carcano, 30, of Trenton was taken to St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in Paterson in serious condition following the late-morning collapse at the Elmwood Village Apartments on Mola Boulevard, Police Chief Michael Foligno said.
Co-worker Luis Martinez, 24, no address immediately available, was also taken to St. Joe's with less serious injuries, Foligno said.

East Farmingdale Wall Collapses During Height Of Powerful Storms
As strong storms ripped through Suffolk County, part of a building collapsed in high winds, sending debris over parked vehicles.
The incident took place around 9:35 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 22, at the Maxus Worldwide Nutrition building on Executive Boulevard, in East Farmingdale, leaving a large hole in the side of the building, said the Suffolk police said.
Police said a K-9 unit and firefighters with thermal imaging cameras searched the area for victims, but no one was injured.
