Paterson Car Thief Also Stole From Walgreens: Fairfield PD
A 35-year-old Paterson man was arrested in Fairfield on Tuesday, Feb. 26 after he stole a car and $545 worth of items from Walgreens, police said. At 7:52 a.m., police in Fairfield were alerted a Toyota Camry stolen from Passaic the day before had entered the town, traveling east on Route 46, officers said on Facebook. The vehicle was located on Route 46 East near Hollywood Avenue and the driver, Rafael Romero-Perez, was arrested, police said. Hunterdon County Man Assaults Walgreens Employee, Flees: Police
A Hunterdon County man was arrested for allegedly assaulting an employee at a local Walgreens, authorities said. Readington Township Police responded to the assault at the Route 22 location and found an employee with minor injuries around 3:40 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, the department said. Large Sinkhole Reroutes Traffic On Route 202 In Montco: Authorities
Crews are working to patch up a sinkhole that collapsed a portion of East Dekalb Pike/Route 202 in King of Prussia on Monday, July 10. It happened between the Tires Plus and Walgreens stores just east of the Pike's intersection with South Henderson Road, Upper Merion police said. Repairs are expected to take all day Tuesday, July 11, they added. Traffic is being detoured to Saulin Boulevard and South Henderson as workers repair the highway. Drivers should avoid the area entirely if possible, authorities said.
