Possible Bomb Threat Temporarily Closes Pulaski Skyway In Jersey City
Reports of a suspicious package/possible bomb threat that closed the Pulaski Skyway in Jersey City Saturday was apparently deemed unfounded. The eastbound side was closed as of 5 p.m., with Newark police's helicopter apparently called to the scene. Have photos? Email

Local police did not immediately return Daily Voice's request for comment. Initial and unconfirmed reports say a bomb or some type of explosive device was in a vehicle parked on the roadway. This is a developing story. Check back for more.

Suspicious Package That Draws Bomb Squad Turns Out To Be Medical Kit, Police Say
A suspicious package found at a Connecticut adult day treatment center turned out to be a medical kit. The package was found at the Institute of Living at 200 Retreat Ave., in Hartford on Thursday, April 1, said Hartford Police. Police and the bomb squad responded to the scene to investigate the package. Following an investigation, police said the package turned out to be a medical kit left in a bathroom.

Lancaster County Courthouse Evacuated Due To 'Suspicion Package'
The Lancaster County Courthouse was evacuated Tuesday morning after authorities found a suspicions package in the building. Fire crews were dispatched to the courthouse located in the 50 block of North Duke Street, to assist police at 10:29 a.m. The courthouse was evacuated around 11 a.m.on Tuesday. Police are investigating after two people fell ill after opening a suspicious package. The incident took place in Rockland County around 11:20 p.m., Sunday, March 21. Mount Vernon City Hall was evacuated twice on Monday morning when a suspicious package was found, followed by a suspicious fire that is under investigation. Suspicious Package Closes Milford Police Office To Public
The Milford Police Department’s front lot and lobby were closed for about an hour Friday afternoon to investigate a suspicious package. The department announced on Twitter the areas were closed around noon on Friday while officers investigated a suspicious package that was turned in at police headquarters. Rockland County Bomb Squad members are sweeping the Rockland County Courthouse following the delivery of a suspicious package. Stamford police are evacuating homes near Woodway Road in Springdale due to the discovery of a suspicious package in the area, according to Stamford Police.
