Police Seek Missing Chester County Teen Authorities in Chester County are asking for the public's aid in locating a missing teenager.  Emily Bell, 17, of Oxford, was last seen on the 300 block of South 5th Street around 10 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, borough police wrote in a release.  At the time, she was wearing a black T-shirt with sweatpants, a Puma backpack, and black Timberland boots or black Nike sneakers, authorities said.  Anyone with information is asked to call the Oxford Borough Police Department at 610-268-3171.
