The parents of an 18-year-old New Jersey woman who died after being hit by a train say she was abducted, assaulted, and murdered — and not suicidal, as officials claimed. Now they’re taking NJ Transit and other state agencies to court.
Stephen and Dianne Valiante, the parents of Tiffany Valiante, filed a wrongful death lawsuit on Thursday, July 10 in Atlantic County Superior Court, nearly 10 years after their daughter was struck and killed by a NJ Transit train in Galloway Township.
