Duo Convicted Of 'Senseless' Drive-By Shooting On Long Island
A pair of Long Island men were found guilty by a jury of shooting and killing a young father outside of his parents’ home.
Douglas Coudrey, age 26 of Eastport, and Kenneth Regan, age 25 of Centereach, received their convictions on Tuesday, Feb. 6, according to the Nassau County District Attorney.
The jury deliberated for three hours.
On January 14, 2020, 27-year-old Justin Gottlieb, who was recently engaged and had an infant daughter, was driving home to Plainview from his electrical engineering job in Jericho.

A Long Island woman was arrested after she used her position as a bank employee to pull off a hundred-thousand-dollar scam.
Cricel A. Santamaria, age 24, was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 3 for the crime she allegedly committed while working at a Jericho bank, according to Nassau County Police.
Santamaria, a resident of Hauppauge, was working at Webster Bank, located at 1 Jericho Plaza, on February 4, 2022, when authorities allege she fraudulently accessed check images.
She then sold them on the messaging app Telegram.
