A pair of brothers from Woodbridge led Stafford County Sheriff's deputies on a chase along Interstate 95 after a theft at Walmart, authorities said. On Thursday, Jan. 11 at about 12:30 p.m., deputies responded to Walmart, at 11 Village Parkway, for a larceny, the Sheriff's Office said. A police chase in Ridley Township ended in a car crash and an arrest on Monday afternoon, Jan. 8, state police wrote in a release. A three-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 sent two Pennsylvania State Police troopers and three young men to area hospitals on New Year's Day. The driver of a tractor trailer hauling several hundred bags of concrete suffered a medical episode and died on Interstate 95 in Virginia, authorities said.
