A 55-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a suspicious vehicle fire that destroyed two cars near a public library in Westchester, police announced.
Mark Turner, 55, of New Rochelle, was taken into custody on Tuesday, March 18, after investigators determined that his BMW SUV was the source of the blaze on Lawton Street, behind the CVS pharmacy and near the New Rochelle Public Library, according to the New Rochelle Police Department.
