UPDATE: A Jersey City man accused of repeatedly slashing and stabbing a 24-year-old Rutherford woman Monday morning was still wearing blood-stained clothing when he surrendered to authorities who charged him with attempted murder, police told Daily Voice. More than a dozen pounds of marijuana and several illegal weapons were seized by Westchester County Police executing a search warrant at a Cortlandt grow house. County Police detectives launched an investigation into Thomas Corrigan, 53, earlier this year after receiving a tip regarding illegal activity at a residence in the Lake Allendale neighborhood of Cortlandt.
