It was a quiet morning in Anne Arundel County. Then, a massive tree came toppling through a mobile home in Pasadena, splitting it in two like a scene out of a disaster movie. At around 8 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, first responders were called to the 1400 block of Woodland Beach Road, where there were reports of a tree that had fallen through a house. Cars Crushed By Rock Slide In North Bergen: Reports
Several cars parked at an apartment complex in North Bergen were crushed by a rock slide on Monday, Dec. 11, according to ABC 7. Nobody was injured though six to 12 cars parked at the Duchess apartment building on River Road were crushed by the rocks, witnesses told ABC 7. The rock slide was caused by the heavy rain that pelted the area on Sunday, Dec. 10. North Bergen Police did not respond to a request for comment.
