Officials have identified the remains found in a wooded area in Saugus on Sunday, Feb. 18, as a 53-year-old Haverhill father who went missing in July. John Lawler's remains were found in a wooded area near David Drive by a person walking their dog, the Essex County District Attorney said. The Frederick County Health Department is cautioning residents to avoid certain waterways after a sewage overflow on Mount St. Mary's University campus on the east side of Route 15.
