Christina Vittas, 25, a Wayne native who now lives in Hoboken, is the social media manager for Sesame Street's furry red monster.
On Jan. 29, Vittas tweeted out a seemingly innocent question to Elmo's followers.
"Elmo is just checking in! How is everybody doing?"
Vittas, whose LinkedIn page shows she's been working at Sesame Street for 3 years, never could've predicted what followed: Hundreds and thousands of responses from the IRS, Rainn Wilson, T-Pain, Dunkin', and Sesame Street fans far and wide.

After nearly half a century, a Dunkin' in Northern Westchester has moved to a new location—longtime patrons need not worry though, as they have not gone too far.
After 48 years, the Dunkin' store in Mount Kisco on North Bedford Road has moved all the way across the street to 185 North Bedford Rd., the owners announced.

Lauren Gaeta Of Toms River Dies, 59
Lauren Gaeta, a Toms River resident died on Friday, Nov. 17 at the age of 59, according to her obituary.
A Totowa native who was born in Pequannock Township, Gaeta moved to Toms River three years ago, her obituary reads. She loved watching people on the boardwalk, shopping at flea markets and spending time with her family, according to her obituary.

Dunkin' Opens Renovated 'Next Generation' Eatery In Atlantic County
A newly renovated Dunkin' restaurant featuring "next generation" modern designs has opened in Atlantic County.
It's located at 467 West White Horse Pike in Absecon.
