Officers were called to the 7100 block of Old Landover Road at around 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning to investigate a reported shooting, and further investigation led to the grisly discovery of a dead body inside a vehicle in the 7400 block. Man Stabbed To Death In Newburgh, Suspect On Run Police in the Hudson Valley are searching for a suspect after a man was stabbed and killed on a city street. The incident occurred in Orange County at 10:45 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13, at 120 Parmenter St., in the city of Newburgh. According to Mike Neppl, chief of staff for the city, officers responding to a shot spotter notification found the man with injuries consistent with a stabbing.
