Police in Suffolk County are attempting to locate a pair of suspects who allegedly used a stolen credit card to spend more than $1,200 in items in Lake Grove. Investigators said that a man and woman used a stolen credit card to make purchases at Bed Bath & Beyond at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3. The pair later attempted to use the card at the Apple store in the Smith Haven Mall, but were declined. An NJ State Police helicopter was en route when Selma Rowe was found in Finch Park. She'd been reported missing from the Interstate Shopping Center off southbound Route 17 and Franklin Turnpike -- which has a Shop-Rite, Bed Bath & Beyond and DSW, among other stores -- a couple of blocks from the park.
