Elderly Annapolis Couple Killed After Car Slams Into Tree In Maryland, Police Say
A tragic crash in Anne Arundel County left a married Annapolis couple — both 90 years old — dead after their car veered off Muddy Creek Road and slammed into a tree, authorities said.
Police said officers were called around 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 19, to the area of Muddy Creek Road and Sudley Road in West River, where witnesses say a 2007 Buick Lacrosse left the roadway and struck a tree on the right shoulder.
The driver, Donald Allen, and passenger, Anne Allen, both of Annapolis, suffered critical injuries in the crash.
