Niche has released its Best Public High Schools in America rankings for 2025. A Roosevelt man has been arrested after allegedly flashing a gun at a 17-year-old outside Roosevelt High School, Nassau County police announced on Thursday, Aug. 21. The incident happened on Monday, Aug. 18 at 6 p.m. outside the school at 1 Wagner Avenue.
